We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at help@jailedraven.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.We will send you return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Currently we only have return addresses within HK. Please note that returns are self post, and that we are not able to provide paid shipping labels.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items bought on sale or at a discount are final, and not eligible for return. Digital gift card sales are final and not refundable.
